If the reading did not describe your past, you get your money back. Ask within 7 days. You do not have to explain, argue, or prove anything.
Every report is calculated and written to order from your specific birth details, so there is no stock item to return. What follows is when money comes back instead.
Take the free 3-year check first. It costs nothing, needs no card, and describes years that have already happened to you, so you can judge the method against your own memory before spending anything. It exists precisely so that a refund is rarely the thing you need.
An order can be cancelled at any point before generation begins, which is the moment payment is confirmed. Write to mytrikaal@gmail.com and we will cancel and refund in full.
After generation begins there is nothing left to cancel, because the report is already being produced. The refund terms below apply instead.

It is the same argument as the free check, applied to money instead of to a sample. A reading that describes your past either matches or it does not, and you are the only person who can judge that. If it does not match, we would rather return Rs 249 than keep it.
Email mytrikaal@gmail.com from the address you ordered with, quoting the reference shown on your order page. That is the whole process. There is no form and nobody will try to talk you out of it.
Refunds are issued in Indian rupees for the amount paid. If you paid in another currency, your bank's conversion on the day of the refund applies and we cannot control the difference.
Nothing is ever charged for the free 3-year check, so there is nothing to refund. If it fails to generate we will tell you, and you may try again.
Please write to us before raising a chargeback with your bank. Every case listed above is refunded on request, so a chargeback costs you weeks and gets you the same result. If you have already raised one, tell us and we will not contest it.
