These terms govern your use of Trikaal, operated by UP N RUNNING. By ordering a report you agree to them. They are written to be read, not to be survived, so they are short.
A written interpretation of your Vedic birth chart, delivered as a PDF of roughly 30 pages. It is produced in two distinct stages, and we are explicit about which is which because it is the basis of everything else here.

We say this on the front page and we repeat it here. If you want a reading handwritten by a human astrologer, this is not that product and you should not buy it.
Reports are provided for personal guidance and reflection only. Nothing in a report is medical, psychological, legal, financial or investment advice, and it must not be used as a substitute for a qualified professional.
We do not predict death, diagnose illness, or tell you that a relationship is doomed. Where a report describes a period as difficult it is describing pressure that the chart indicates, not asserting that a specific event will occur.
You remain solely responsible for every decision you make. Do not make an irreversible medical, legal or financial decision on the basis of a report.
We warrant that the astronomical calculations are performed correctly and that the report was generated from the birth details you supplied. We make no warranty of any kind that any interpretation, timing or forecast will prove correct, and none that a report will produce any particular outcome in your life.
Your birth time is the single largest source of error, and it is the part we cannot check. A few minutes can move the ascendant across a sign boundary and change a great deal of the reading. Where your time falls close to such a boundary the report says so and shows you the alternative. If you supply an incorrect birth time, the report will be internally consistent and wrong, and that is not a defect we can refund as one.
You must be at least 18 years old. You may order a report about yourself, or about another person whose birth details you are lawfully entitled to provide.
Your account is how reports are delivered, so keep the password to yourself. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us at once if you think somebody else has access, and we will sign every device out.
The full reading is Rs 258. The 3-year back-cast is Rs 79, and if you buy it first, that Rs 79 is credited against the full reading, which then costs Rs 179. Either route costs Rs 258 in total. Taking the free reading costs nothing and changes no price.
Every price shown to you is exclusive of tax. 18% GST is added at the payment step and shown to you before you pay, so the amount charged is higher than the price quoted here. We are registered for GST in India and issue a tax invoice for every purchase, which is linked from your delivery email.
We may from time to time offer an existing back-cast customer a limited-time price below Rs 179. Such an offer is stated in full when it is made, including the amount and the hour it expires, and applies only to the person it was sent to. We do not display a higher price than we charge, and the price quoted to you on the site is the price you will be charged at checkout.
All prices are in Indian rupees and are quoted before tax, as set out above. The only figure that includes tax is the one shown to you at the payment step.
Payment is processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card details.
Delivery timing is set out in full on our Delivery Policy page. In short: reports are generated in about five to ten minutes and appear in your account.
Because each report is generated to order from your specific birth details, it cannot be resold, and cancellation is only possible before generation begins. Our refund position is:
Refunds go back to the original payment method and typically take five to seven working days to appear. To request one, email mytrikaal@gmail.com quoting the reference on your order.
To produce a report we collect your name, email address, phone number, and your date, time and place of birth. Birth details are personal data under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and we treat them as such.
Your computed chart is sent to our language model provider to write the report, together with your name, your birth details and any of the three optional answers you gave. Your email address, phone number, password and payment details are never sent. The full list is in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data to anyone, ever.
You may ask us to delete your account and every report on it by emailing mytrikaal@gmail.com. We will do so within 7 days, except where we are required to retain transaction records for tax purposes.
Do not resell, redistribute or publish reports as your own work; do not attempt to abuse the free tier through repeated accounts; and do not attempt to disrupt, scrape or reverse engineer the service. We may suspend an account that does, and we will refund any undelivered paid order when we do.
The report you buy is yours to keep, print and share privately. The engine, the templates, the prompts and the brand remain ours.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from a report is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including any decision you take in reliance on a report. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here excludes or limits any guarantee, right or remedy that the consumer law of the country you live in gives you and does not allow to be excluded. Sections 13 to 15 say what that means for readers in the United Kingdom, Australia and Canada.
We may update these terms; the date at the top always reflects the current version, and a change never applies retroactively to an order already placed. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Delhi have jurisdiction.
If you live outside India, the choice of Indian law does not take away the protection of any law of your own country that applies to consumers and cannot be excluded by agreement, and where that law gives you the right to bring a claim in the courts of your own country, you may.
In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it, complaints may be directed to Anshul Rastogi at mytrikaal@gmail.com. We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 30 days.
Your right to cancel. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel a purchase of digital content within 14 days of the day you buy it, without giving a reason. Your reading is written to order and we begin producing it the moment your payment is confirmed, which is inside that period. So before you pay we ask you, on a box that is not ticked in advance, to confirm that you want us to begin straight away and that you understand you lose the right to cancel once we have. We record that confirmation against your order. If you do not give it, we do not begin, and you have not bought anything.
That is the statutory right. Our own promise is separate and more generous: section 6 above gives you a full refund if the back-cast did not describe your past, for 2 days after delivery, and that promise is unaffected by the confirmation.
Your statutory guarantees. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described, and where it is not you are entitled to a repair or replacement, or to a price reduction. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits those rights. Section 3 describes what "as described" means for this product: the calculations are warranted correct, the interpretation is an interpretation, and a wrong birth time produces a consistent and wrong reading.
What we may claim. We do not claim that a reading is truthful or accurate about your future, that it can improve your health, wealth or circumstances, or that it can lift a curse or heal a condition. A reading is offered for entertainment and personal reflection.
Australian Consumer Law. Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service you are entitled to cancel your contract with us and to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value; you are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If the failure does not amount to a major failure you are entitled to have problems with the service rectified in a reasonable time and, if this is not done, to cancel your contract and obtain a refund for the unused portion of the service.
Nothing in these terms, including section 6 (refunds) and section 10 (liability), excludes, restricts or modifies those guarantees or any right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where we are lawfully permitted to limit our liability for a breach of a guarantee, it is limited to supplying the service again or paying the cost of having it supplied again.
There is no statutory cooling-off period for a purchase like this in Australia. Our own refund promise in section 6 applies.
Email. Under Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation we send you commercial email only with your consent, every such message identifies UP N RUNNING as the sender and carries a working unsubscribe link, and we act on an unsubscribe within ten business days. Messages about an order you have placed, such as the notice that your reading is ready, are not commercial email and are sent regardless.
Price. The price shown to you is the whole price, with tax included. There is no fee added at checkout.
Your consumer protection law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any right or remedy that the consumer protection legislation of your province gives you and does not allow to be excluded.
