How your report reaches you

Ordering creates an account. Every report you order is saved to that account permanently, and that account is the delivery mechanism.

1. You submit your birth details and pay, if you are buying the full reading.
2. Our engine computes your chart, and the report is written. This is the part that takes time.
3. The finished PDF appears at your reports, ready to download.
4. We also send an email to let you know it is ready. The email is a courtesy notice, not the delivery. If it goes to spam or never arrives, your report is unaffected: log in and it is there.

Delivery timing

You do not have to wait on the page. Close the tab, come back whenever, and log in. A status page shows progress if you would rather watch.

If a report has not appeared within the outer limit above, something has gone wrong. Email mytrikaal@gmail.com with the reference shown on your order and we will either deliver it or refund you in full.

Delivery charges

None. The price shown at checkout is the total price. There are no shipping fees, handling fees or delivery charges of any kind, in India or anywhere else.

Where we deliver

Everywhere. The product is a file served over the internet, so there are no serviceable-area restrictions. Prices are charged in Indian Rupees regardless of where you are.

Birth places outside India are fully supported: the engine resolves the coordinates and applies the correct historical timezone for that location and date.

If delivery fails

Report generation can fail. When it does:

• The failure is recorded against your order and shown on your status page.
• You are emailed about it.
• Any payment is refunded in full, without you having to ask. Refunds reach the original payment method in five to seven working days.
• We will regenerate the report at no charge if you would still like it.

Wrong birth details

A report is generated from exactly what you enter. If a detail was wrong, the report will be correct for the details given and wrong for you.

Birth time matters most: a few minutes can move the ascendant into a different sign and change much of the reading. Where your time sits close to such a boundary, the report tells you and shows the alternative.

If you made a genuine mistake entering your details, email us within 7 days and we will regenerate the report once at no charge. This is a courtesy, not an entitlement, and it does not extend to changing details to see a different result.

Keeping your report

Reports stay in your account indefinitely and download links do not expire. We recommend saving the PDF locally as well. If you ask us to delete your account, the reports go with it and cannot be recovered.
